When you message our WhatsApp test or business number, we may receive your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, message content, message ID, delivery status, and related webhook metadata from Meta.

How We Use Information

We use this information only to operate message workflows, forward incoming messages to an authorised recipient, test integrations, and send requested or operational notifications.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Message data may be processed by Meta, n8n, Cloudflare, and our self-hosted server infrastructure as needed to provide the workflow.

Retention

We keep only the technical logs and workflow records needed to operate, debug, and secure the system. Test data may be deleted when it is no longer useful.
